AI chat assistants for your WhatsApp Business number and your website. They reply in seconds, answer routine questions from information you approve, book appointments and pass qualified leads to your team. Designed, built and supported for clinics, agencies, real-estate firms and growing businesses in the US, the Gulf and the UK/Europe.
30 minutes · No obligation · You leave with a prioritised plan for your chat channels
The problem: messages wait, and people move on
People message when it suits them: late in the evening, between meetings, on the weekend. A WhatsApp message or a website chat that sits unanswered until the next morning often means the person has already contacted someone else.
Your team isn't the problem. They're with customers, on the phone, or off shift. Messages arrive on several channels at once, and the same ten questions get typed out by hand every day.
A quick check: look at your WhatsApp and website chat history for one week. How many messages arrived outside working hours? How many were the same handful of questions? How long did the first reply take?
What our chatbots do
- Reply straight away, 24/7, on WhatsApp and on your website, using your services, hours, prices and policies.
- Answer routine questions from content you approve, not from the open internet.
- Book, reschedule and cancel appointments by reading real availability from your calendar or booking system.
- Qualify leads with the questions your team would ask, then send hot leads to the right person with a summary.
- Send confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp, with a one-tap way to confirm or reschedule.
- Hand off to a human cleanly. Complaints, sensitive topics and anything outside scope go to a named person on your team with the full conversation attached.
- Log every conversation in your CRM, so nothing lives on someone's personal phone.
What they won't do: give medical, legal or financial advice, pretend to be human, or act as a general-purpose AI that answers anything. Every bot is built for your business only, and it tells people they're chatting with an AI assistant.
WhatsApp bots vs website chatbots
| WhatsApp bot | Website chatbot | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it lives | Your WhatsApp Business number (on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) | A chat widget on your website |
| Best for | Booking, reminders, follow-ups, markets where people prefer messaging (especially the Gulf) | Visitors who are browsing your services and have questions before they enquire |
| Can it message first? | Only with approved templates (confirmations, reminders) and the right opt-in | No. It responds when a visitor opens the chat |
| Running costs | Meta's per-message fees plus AI usage (rates vary by country and message type) | AI usage and hosting |
| Hands off to | Your team on WhatsApp, email or CRM | Your team by email, CRM or a WhatsApp alert |
Many businesses use both, with the same knowledge base and booking logic behind them.

How it works
1. Free strategy call (30 minutes)
You show us how messages arrive today, what people ask and where replies get delayed. We pick the first job for the bot (usually booking, FAQs or lead follow-up) and agree what it must never answer.
2. Scoped plan and fixed quote
You get a written scope: channels, conversation flows, hand-off rules, integrations and success measures, plus a clear, fixed quote before any work starts. Pricing is on request after a free strategy call.
3. Build and real-world testing
We write the knowledge base with you, connect your calendar and CRM, set up WhatsApp on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and test the bot with real customer phrasing, including unclear and awkward messages.
4. Launch, handover and support
We go live, review the first conversations and fine-tune. You get documentation your team can read, and optional ongoing care, with pricing on request after a free strategy call. After final payment you own your setup, accounts and logins.
Typical timeline: a single chatbot typically goes live in 2–3 weeks; multi-workflow automation takes 3–6 weeks.
Who builds it: every project is led by founder Milton Raj, a PMP®-certified project manager with 10+ years of software project and program delivery. You work directly with the builder.

Markets we serve
The Gulf: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
WhatsApp is the main way many customers in the Gulf contact a business, so this is often where we start. Since 15 January 2026, Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms bar general-purpose AI assistants from the platform but still allow business-specific bots for booking and customer service. Every bot we build is business-specific.

United States
Website chat and SMS-style follow-up for clinics, home-services companies and real-estate teams, with WhatsApp where your customers use it.
UK and Europe
Website chatbots and WhatsApp assistants for aesthetic and private clinics, estate and letting agents, trades and professional services.

- One system across channels: WhatsApp, web chat and phone can share the same knowledge and booking logic.
FAQ
1. Are AI chatbots allowed on WhatsApp in 2026?
Yes, for business-specific uses like booking, FAQs and customer service. Since 15 January 2026, Meta's terms bar general-purpose AI assistants from the WhatsApp Business Platform. We build every bot to be business-specific, which is the kind of use those rules allow.
2. What does a WhatsApp bot cost to run?
There are three parts: the one-time build, Meta's per-message fees (which vary by country and message type, and since 1 October 2026 also apply to service replies), and AI and hosting usage. Build pricing is on request after a free strategy call, and we explain the running costs up front.
3. Can the bot send messages first, like reminders?
Yes, using Meta-approved message templates such as confirmations and reminders, and only to people who have agreed to receive them. Promotional broadcasts need explicit opt-in.
4. What happens when someone asks something the bot shouldn't answer?
You decide the rules. Complaints, sensitive topics, clinical or legal questions and anything outside scope go to a named person on your team, with the full conversation attached.
5. Do I need a website chatbot, a WhatsApp bot, or both?
It depends on where your customers reach you. In the Gulf, WhatsApp usually comes first. If most enquiries start on your website, a web chatbot is the better first step. Many businesses end up using both with the same knowledge base. We'll recommend one on the strategy call.
6. How is conversation data handled?
Conversations are logged where you choose, such as your CRM, so your team has the full history. We'll walk through data handling and hosting options for your market on the strategy call.
